What does your bathroom remodeling process look like?
Our process has four steps. First, we schedule a free in-home consultation where we measure your space and discuss your vision. Second, our design team creates a detailed plan and provides a transparent quote. Third, our experienced installers complete the work on schedule with minimal disruption. Fourth, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure every detail meets your expectations before the project is considered complete.
Do you offer financing for bathroom remodels?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options through trusted lending partners. We can help you find a plan that fits your budget with competitive rates and manageable monthly payments. Do I need a permit for my bathroom remodel?
Whether your project needs a permit depends on your city or county and the scope of the work — many cosmetic remodels don't require one, and not every area in the Houston market requires a permit at all. Confirming whether a permit is needed for your address is the homeowner's responsibility. EZ Bath does not pull permits automatically — if you'd like us to pull one for you, just let us know at your in-home consultation so we can price it into your quote.
What warranty do you offer on your work?
EZ Bath provides a limited warranty on all labor and installation. If anything we installed isn't performing as it should, we'll come back and make it right at no charge. Additionally, our products carry manufacturer warranties — the Onyx Collection offers a limited lifetime warranty, BCI Acrylic products include a limited lifetime warranty, and Delta Faucets carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are fully insured, carrying general liability insurance on every project. Texas does not require a state license to perform bathroom remodeling, so EZ Bath is not a state-licensed contractor — and any remodeler who claims otherwise isn't being straight with you. When a job calls for extensive and/or complex electrical or plumbing work, we bring in licensed electricians and plumbers to handle it to code. We're also a BBB A+ rated business — a standard we've maintained since we were founded in 2019.
Can you remodel my bathroom without removing the existing tub?
In many cases, yes. We don't install tub liners, but we can install BCI Acrylic wall surround systems directly over your existing tub — giving your bathroom a completely refreshed look without the mess and cost of full demolition. During your consultation, we'll assess whether a walls-only update or a full replacement is the better option for your situation.
