Questions
Frequently asked
- How does the door seal work?
- Walk-in tub doors use a watertight seal. You step in, close the door, then fill the tub. The seal keeps water inside. When you're done, you drain before opening.
- How long does it take to fill and drain?
- Fill time is similar to a standard tub. Drain time is typically 2–3 minutes with a fast-drain system, which we include as standard.
- Will a walk-in tub fit in my existing space?
- Walk-in tubs come in various sizes to fit most standard tub alcoves. We measure during consultation to confirm fit.
- Are hydrotherapy jets worth it?
- Many customers find the jets helpful for muscle relaxation and circulation. We offer air jets, water jets, or combination systems.
- Is this covered by insurance or Medicare?
- Walk-in tubs are typically not covered by Medicare or standard insurance. However, we offer financing options to make the investment manageable.
