Most of our materials are custom built and typically take 8–11 weeks to arrive after ordering. Once materials are in, our office calls to schedule installation. As a planning rule, allow about one week of installation for each $10,000 of project scope; your designer will confirm the schedule for your bathroom. Custom glass typically takes another 7–10 days after the shower is complete.

- Should I refinish or replace my bathtub?
- Refinishing is cheaper and faster, but results last 5–10 years. Replacement costs more but gives you a brand-new tub with a longer lifespan.
- Can my floor support a freestanding tub?
- Most floors can handle a freestanding tub when filled, but we verify during consultation. Reinforcement is rarely needed but possible if required.
- What's the difference between soaking and jetted tubs?
- Soaking tubs are deeper for full-body immersion without jets. Jetted tubs add hydrotherapy but require more maintenance and electrical work.
- Do you install tub-shower combos?
- Yes. We install alcove tub-shower combinations with tile surrounds, acrylic surrounds, or glass doors.
- How do I choose the right tub size?
- Consider your bathroom dimensions, your height, and how you bathe. We can recommend sizes based on your space and preferences.
