Our Remodeling Process
Four clear steps from first call to finished bathroom. No guesswork, no surprises — just a straightforward process designed to make your remodel stress-free.
In-Home Design Consultation
An EZ Bath designer visits your home to measure the bathroom, discuss your goals and work through the design with you. We can develop larger layouts during the walkthrough, including shower size, tub placement and vanity changes. We confirm the scope, price and selections, including the lighting fixtures, cabinet hardware and mirrors you will supply.
Design and selections before ordering
Custom Materials & Scheduling
Once selections are finalized and orders placed, the next step is waiting for custom materials. There may be no new progress to report during that manufacturing period. Our office calls when the materials are in to schedule installation. If you want to check on your order while waiting, call us at (281) 968-3000.
Custom materials typically take 8–11 weeks to arrive
Protection, Demolition & Installation
Our construction manager introduces himself by phone on the start day, and the installer calls while on the way with an arrival estimate. We cover floors and, when the bathroom connects to a bedroom, cover furniture with plastic to reduce dust. We load demolition debris into a trailer and haul it to our shop dumpster. During the build, we bring you into the room to confirm showerhead, grab-bar and accessory locations. Most installers are long-standing subcontractors trained by our product manufacturers; complex plumbing and electrical work goes to master tradespeople.
Plan about one installation week per $10,000 of project scope; custom glass follows the completed shower by 7–10 days
Walkthrough & Warranty
The installer walks through the finished bathroom with you and obtains your sign-off. Our office then emails a thank-you, your warranty and product cleaning instructions. EZ Bath backs labor and installation for two years, and most products carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty under the manufacturer’s written terms.

Timeline Expectations
How Long Does It All Take?
Most of our materials are custom built and typically take 8–11 weeks to arrive after ordering. Once materials are in, our office calls to schedule installation. As a planning rule, allow about one week of installation for each $10,000 of project scope; your designer will confirm the schedule for your bathroom. Custom glass typically takes another 7–10 days after the shower is complete.
For example, a $20,000 project is roughly two weeks of installation under this planning rule, after materials arrive and the office schedules the start. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date. The scope and glass schedule determine your actual finish date.
The material wait and the time working in your home are separate. During manufacturing there may be no new progress to report; you can call the office to check on your order.
