EZ Bath Limited Labor Warranty

EZ Bath warrants its installation labor for the same period the applicable manufacturer warrants the product we installed. If the manufacturer determines an issue is warrantable, EZ Bath will perform the associated labor at no charge for that covered item.

Coverage period

• If a product carries a lifetime warranty, our labor for that product’s installation area is covered for the lifetime of the product.
• For limited terms, our labor coverage mirrors the manufacturer’s term for that product.

Scope of coverage

• Coverage applies only to the specific area and scope of work EZ Bath performed.
• Repairs/replacements are limited to the installed product and the labor to remove/replace it, as approved by the manufacturer.

Exclusions & limitations

• EZ Bath is not responsible for any damage outside the installation area, including (but not limited to) surrounding drywall, framing, floors, finishes, or furnishings—even if damage is caused by a product defect. Such losses are the homeowner’s responsibility and should be addressed through homeowner’s insurance.
• Issues not approved as warrantable by the manufacturer are not covered by EZ Bath labor.
• Abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alterations by others, acts of nature, and misuse are excluded.
• Normal wear/tear, cosmetic changes, and consumables are excluded unless expressly covered by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer approval required

A product issue must be determined warrantable by the manufacturer. If approved, EZ Bath will coordinate and provide labor according to the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty process.

Non-transferable

This labor warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address. It is not transferable if the property is sold or if the product is removed/reinstalled elsewhere.
