Limited Warranty on Our Work
Every EZ Bath project comes with a limited warranty on labor and installation. This means that if anything we installed doesn't perform as it should — a fixture comes loose, a seal fails, grout cracks due to our workmanship — we'll come back and fix it at no cost to you. No deductibles, no service fees, no fine print.
This warranty is our commitment to quality. We've been offering it since we opened our doors in 2015, and it's a promise we take seriously. In over 2,000+ completed bathroom projects, we've maintained an A+ BBB rating — because we make things right.

Manufacturer Warranties
In addition to our labor warranty, every product we install carries its own manufacturer warranty.
Onyx Collection
Limited Lifetime WarrantyCovers manufacturing defects in shower walls, bases, and vanity tops. Onyx products are backed by one of the strongest warranties in the industry.
BCI Acrylic
Limited Lifetime WarrantyCovers acrylic bathtub and shower systems against cracking, peeling, and fading for the lifetime of the product.
Bishop Cabinets
Limited Lifetime WarrantyCovers defects in materials and workmanship on vanity cabinets, including hardware, hinges, and drawer mechanisms.
Delta Faucets
Limited Lifetime WarrantyCovers faucets, showerheads, and related hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser.
American Walk-In Tubs
Limited Lifetime WarrantyCovers the tub shell, door seal, and mechanical components. Extended coverage available for jets and electrical systems.
Schluter / Kerdi
10-Year Limited WarrantyCovers waterproofing membranes and related components against material defects when installed according to manufacturer specifications.

What's Covered
- All labor and installation performed by EZ Bath crews
- Workmanship issues including improper fitting, alignment, or sealing
- Product defects covered under each manufacturer's warranty terms
- No deductibles or service fees for covered warranty claims
Excluded
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modification after installation
- Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches
- Damage from acts of nature, flooding, or events beyond normal use
- Products or materials not supplied or installed by EZ Bath
- Cosmetic changes due to normal aging of materials
Filing a Claim
How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your project requires warranty service, the process is simple. Call us at (281) 968-3000 or send a message through our contact form. Describe the issue and, if possible, include a photo.
A member of our team will respond within one business day to schedule a service visit. We'll inspect the issue and, if it's covered under warranty, complete the repair at no charge to you. Most warranty service calls are resolved in a single visit.
We don't require receipts or registration — we keep records of every project we've completed. Just give us your name and address, and we'll take it from there.
