Labor & Installation
Two-Year Labor & Installation Warranty
EZ Bath backs its labor and installation with a two-year warranty. Service includes issues such as silicone replacement, cracked shower-door sweeps and shower cartridge problems. Most products also carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty; coverage depends on the product and its written warranty terms.
This warranty is our commitment to quality. We've been offering it since we opened our doors in 2019, and it's a promise we take seriously. In over 2,000+ completed bathroom projects, we've maintained an A+ BBB rating — because we make things right.
Product Coverage
Manufacturer Warranties
In addition to our labor warranty, most products we install carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Product coverage is separate from our labor coverage and follows the manufacturer’s written terms.

Manufacturer Lifetime WarrantyOur first-choice wall system for appearance, quality and ease of cleaning. Consult the warranty supplied with your selected product for eligibility and coverage.
Onyx Collection
Manufacturer Lifetime WarrantyOur second recommendation for shower walls and custom bases. Your product warranty documents explain the manufacturer’s coverage.
Tile with Schluter / Kerdi
System-Specific Manufacturer CoverageTile installations use a Kerdi waterproofing system. Coverage differs from polymer and Onyx systems and depends on the selected components and written manufacturer terms.

Product-Specific Manufacturer CoverageMost products we install carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Terms vary by product; refer to the documents supplied for your selections.

Filing a Claim
How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your project requires warranty service, the process is simple. Call us at (281) 968-3000 or send a message through our contact form. Describe the issue and, if possible, include a photo.
Our team will review the issue and arrange the next step. For covered installation issues within the two-year period, we complete the repair at no charge. Manufacturer product claims follow the product’s warranty terms.
Give us your name, project address and a description of the issue so we can locate your project. Your warranty and cleaning instructions are emailed after your final walkthrough.
