Promoter
Represent EZ Bath at home shows, retail locations, and community events throughout the Houston metro. You will engage with homeowners, share information about our bathroom remodeling services, and set qualified appointments for our design consultants. This is an ideal role for outgoing, personable individuals who enjoy meeting new people and working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Set up and staff EZ Bath displays at home shows, retail partner locations, and community events
- Engage homeowners in conversation about their bathroom remodeling needs
- Qualify leads by asking about project scope, timeline, and homeownership
- Schedule in-home design consultations using our appointment system
- Distribute marketing materials and collect contact information from interested prospects
- Meet weekly appointment-setting goals and report results to the marketing team
- Maintain a professional, approachable appearance that represents the EZ Bath brand
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers in public settings
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout the Houston metro
- Available to work weekends and select weekday events
- Previous experience in promotions, retail, or event marketing is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
