Installer / Carpenter
Join our installation team and build beautiful bathrooms for homeowners across the Houston metro. You will install showers, bathtubs, vanities, tile, and surrounds as part of a skilled crew. This hands-on role is ideal for experienced carpenters and remodeling professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to work with a company that values craftsmanship over cutting corners.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Install shower systems, bathtubs, walk-in tubs, vanities, and tile according to project specifications
- Perform demolition of existing bathroom fixtures and materials safely and efficiently
- Complete waterproofing, backer board installation, and surface preparation
- Handle basic plumbing connections for fixtures, drains, and supply lines
- Read and follow project plans, measurements, and material specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and protect the homeowner's property
- Communicate with the project manager about progress, material needs, and any issues
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or construction
- Proficiency with tile installation, including cutting and layout
- Own basic hand and power tools required for the trade
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
