Design Consultant
Meet with homeowners in their homes to design bathroom remodeling projects and present solutions that fit their needs and budget. As a Design Consultant, you will guide customers through material selections, create project proposals, present pricing, and close sales. This is a high-earning opportunity for motivated professionals with experience in in-home sales, interior design, or home improvement.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling
- Assess the existing bathroom space, take measurements, and discuss the homeowner's goals
- Present product options, material samples, and design recommendations tailored to each customer
- Prepare and present project proposals with transparent, itemized pricing
- Close sales by addressing questions, handling objections, and guiding the decision process
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth handoff after sale
- Maintain a pipeline of scheduled appointments and follow up on pending proposals
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous experience in in-home sales, design consultation, or home improvement is preferred
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for traveling to in-home appointments
- Professional appearance and demeanor that represents the EZ Bath brand well
- Knowledge of bathroom remodeling products and trends is a plus—training is provided
