Appointment Setter
Be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling. As an Appointment Setter, you will make outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts, qualify prospects, and schedule in-home design consultations. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training on our products, services, and phone techniques to set you up for success.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowner leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads by confirming homeownership, project interest, and timeline
- Schedule in-home design consultations using the company's CRM and calendar system
- Follow up with leads who did not answer or requested a callback
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, outcomes, and scheduled appointments in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting targets
- Provide a positive, professional first impression of the EZ Bath brand on every call
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Clear, professional phone voice and strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a goal-driven environment
- Basic computer skills for CRM data entry and calendar management
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- No prior call center or appointment-setting experience required—we train you
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
