Optional service text messages

When you select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on an EZ Bath LLC inquiry form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about appointment confirmations, reminders, and project/service updates. Messages may be sent using an autodialer (automatic telephone dialing system). This consent covers service-related messages, not promotional campaigns.

Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may submit an inquiry, request a consultation, or purchase services without agreeing to text messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also call EZ Bath LLC at (281) 968-3000 for assistance.

Fees, availability and number changes

EZ Bath LLC does not charge a separate fee for these text messages. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider about your plan.

Message availability depends on participating carriers. Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Please notify us if your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person. Only opt in using a number you control.

EZ Bath LLC may change, suspend or end this service. Any change to the message purpose or consent terms will be explained before requesting any new consent that is needed.
