The Transformation

Our team began by completely reimagining the bathroom layout. The dated alcove tub had to go, along with its surrounding wall structure. We carefully removed all plumbing fixtures, tiles, and flooring to create a blank canvas. The key structural change involved repositioning the plumbing to accommodate a larger walk-in shower with a frameless glass enclosure. This meant relocating water lines and installing a new shower pan with proper drainage. The space was reconfigured to create an open, flowing design that would make the bathroom feel larger and more luxurious. New drywall was installed, electrical outlets were repositioned for modern convenience, and the entire subfloor was prepped for the new tile installation.

The installation phase showcased careful attention to detail. We installed premium porcelain tile throughout the shower surround, featuring a subtle gray marble-look pattern that creates visual depth and sophistication. The shower walls showcase full-height tiling with coordinating trim pieces, and the floor features a sleek black tile with excellent slip resistance. A brushed nickel showerhead and matching fixtures provide a contemporary touch, while built-in shelving keeps the space organized and functional.
