New studs were installed to create a solid foundation for the fixtures and finishes. The demolition phase revealed what many older Houston bathrooms have: outdated configurations and plumbing that needed complete modernization.

Once the rough-in work was complete, our team installed new supply and drain lines, carefully positioned for optimal fixture placement. We ensured proper venting and water pressure throughout the system. The precision required in this phase is critical—poor plumbing installation leads to problems down the road, so we took extra care with every connection and angle.

The Finished Result

The completed bathroom is a dramatic improvement. Clean white subway tile now covers the shower surround, creating a timeless, spa-like aesthetic that's easy to maintain and feels spacious. The new fixtures are contemporary and chrome-finished, offering a sleek contrast against the white tile. The bathtub itself is a pristine white soaking tub, installed level and perfectly integrated into the wall surround.

The shower area features a functional handheld showerhead and modern valve trim, while the overall layout is much more efficient than before. The flooring is clean and properly sealed. The bathroom now has excellent lighting and ventilation, with proper egress and moisture control. Every detail, from the caulking to the fixture installation, reflects professional craftsmanship.
