Complete Bathroom Renovation: From Builder's Basic to Modern Spa in Tomball

When our clients in Tomball reached out to EZ Bath, their master bathroom was stuck in builder-grade basics. The space featured a simple vanity, standard fixtures, and tired finishes that didn't match their vision for a modern, relaxing retreat. They wanted a complete transformation—updated cabinetry, fresh colors, quality lighting, and a shower that felt like a luxury escape. They trusted EZ Bath to deliver that vision, and we were ready to make it happen.

The Transformation

Our team began with a complete demolition of the existing bathroom. We removed the old vanity, outdated fixtures, and prepared the space for a full rebuild. One of the major structural changes involved significant drywall work and preparation—you can see from the project photos the extensive framing and drywall installation that went into creating clean lines and proper wall surfaces. We also handled all the plumbing relocations needed for the new vanity placement and shower configuration, ensuring modern code compliance and optimal layout.

The shower area received special attention. We installed a full tile surround with brown ceramic tiles in a classic grid pattern, creating a clean, timeless look. The plumbing was completely updated with modern fixtures, and we installed a sleek matte black showerhead and trim kit that adds contemporary style to the space. New electrical work was also completed for vanity lighting and ventilation.

The Finished Result

The completed bathroom is a striking transformation. The centerpiece is a beautiful gray vanity cabinet with ample storage—featuring a cabinet base and multiple drawers for organization. The white countertop and modern black faucet provide clean contrast against the gray cabinetry. Above, a circular mirror with a black frame adds a contemporary focal point, while a new vanity light fixture illuminates the space with style and function.

The walls showcase a two-tone paint scheme with soft white on the upper portion and a sophisticated mauve or dusty rose on the lower walls, creating visual interest and depth. This color palette carries through to the accent wall in the shower area. The flooring features gray-toned tile that coordinates beautifully with the overall design. New fixtures throughout—including a modern toilet and updated hardware—complete the polished look.

Every detail was carefully selected and expertly installed. The shower surround is professionally tiled with precise grout lines. The vanity is properly installed with attention to plumbing and electrical connections. The lighting, paint, and fixtures all work together to create a cohesive, modern aesthetic that feels both luxurious and inviting.
