When our Spring, Texas homeowner first called EZ Bath, their master bathroom was suffering from a classic case of poor layout and dated fixtures. The space felt cramped, with an awkwardly positioned vanity, limited counter space, and a small soaking tub that didn't match the modern aesthetic they envisioned for their home. The dual sink setup wasn't working efficiently, and the overall flow of the room made even basic morning routines feel inconvenient. The Transformation

The demolition phase revealed just how much work lay ahead. The existing vanities, fixtures, and plumbing needed to be completely gutted to make room for the new layout. Our team carefully removed the old sink, faucets, and cabinetry, then addressed the critical structural and plumbing modifications. New drain lines and supply lines had to be roughed in to accommodate the repositioned fixtures and the new vanity placement. We reinforced the subfloor where needed and prepared the wall framing for updated electrical work. The tile removal exposed the substrate beneath, which required careful preparation to ensure proper installation of the new stone and tile surfaces. Throughout the process, our crew maintained a clean work environment and kept the homeowner informed of progress at every stage.

The Finished Result

The completed bathroom is nothing short of stunning. The centerpiece is a beautiful new vanity with rich wood cabinetry and warm undertones, topped with a polished quartz or granite countertop that flows seamlessly across the space. The dual rectangular sink basins feature sleek, modern black faucet fixtures that add contemporary elegance. The existing soaking tub remains but is now positioned as a focal point, complemented by upgraded stone tilework featuring earthy gray tones that run partway up the walls. New recessed ceiling lights and a fresh coat of neutral paint brighten the entire space.

The flooring showcases a clean tile pattern in soft neutral tones that coordinates beautifully with the stone tile accents. All plumbing connections are expertly finished with chrome trim rings and properly sealed penetrations. The new layout provides ample counter space for daily essentials, while the improved lighting transforms the room from dark and dingy to bright and inviting. Storage is maximized with thoughtful cabinetry that keeps the space organized yet uncluttered.
