The Transformation

Our team started with complete demolition, removing the old corner tub, the dated shower stall, and reconfiguring the entire layout. This required significant plumbing work—rerouting water lines to accommodate a center-island soaking tub and repositioning the shower to one wall. We removed the original vanity setup and built new dual vanity stations on either side of the room, creating better symmetry and functionality. The structural changes opened up the space dramatically, allowing us to reimagine the bathroom as a true spa experience rather than a collection of disconnected fixtures. New electrical work was installed for updated lighting around the mirrors and throughout the ceiling.

The Finished Result

The reimagined bathroom is a study in modern luxury. A stunning freestanding soaking tub now anchors the center of the room, positioned perfectly between the two glass block windows that bathe the space in natural light. The sophisticated marble-look porcelain flooring grounds the entire design with subtle movement and neutral tones. Each side of the bathroom features a custom white vanity with ample drawers and countertop space—one vanity includes an integrated sink while the other provides additional storage and grooming area. The lighting is warm and inviting, with wall sconces flanking each mirror and recessed ceiling lights creating an evenly lit, spa-like atmosphere. To the right, a modern walk-in shower features a clean, geometric tile pattern with frameless glass enclosure and modern fixtures. The glass block windows remain as a striking design feature, flooding the bath with natural light while maintaining privacy.

What once felt cramped and disconnected is now an open, luxurious retreat. The homeowner can now enjoy a true master bath experience—soaking in the center tub while enjoying natural light, or preparing for the day at either of the spacious dual vanities. The improved layout created better traffic flow, and the modern fixtures and finishes transformed the space into the spa-like sanctuary they'd always wanted.
