Our team began with a complete demolition of the existing space. The old plumbing infrastructure required significant updates to accommodate the new layout. We removed the outdated fixtures and reconfigured the plumbing lines to support new positions for the toilet and vanity. Behind the walls, we upgraded the water supply and drain lines, installing modern PVC piping throughout to ensure reliability and code compliance. The wooden framing revealed in the rough-in photos shows the careful work our crew completed during this phase—precise, clean, and properly supported.

The installation phase brought the vision to life. We installed a new white PVC vent stack in the wall cavity, visible in the mid-stage photos, which handles moisture ventilation efficiently. Our team then worked to establish proper slopes and connections for all drain lines before moving forward with the visible finishes.
