When our client in Spring first contacted EZ Bath, they were ready for a change. Their bathroom featured an outdated shower enclosure with limited space, basic fixtures, and finishes that had seen better days. The homeowner envisioned a modern, spa-like shower experience with contemporary styling, improved functionality, and quality materials that would stand the test of time. The Transformation

Our team began with a complete demolition of the existing shower area. We removed the old shower enclosure, outdated fixtures, and prepared the walls for a fresh start. The scope of work included significant plumbing reconfiguration to accommodate new valve placement and updated fixture locations. We carefully framed new wall sections, installed proper waterproofing, and prepared the substrate for tiling. The work required precision and attention to detail to ensure a solid foundation for the beautiful finishes to come.

Once the structural work was complete, we installed crisp white subway tiles throughout the shower walls in a classic stacked bond pattern. The clean, horizontal lines of the tiles create visual interest while maintaining the timeless appeal that works with any decor style. We integrated a large recessed niche with a matching tile frame to provide convenient storage for shower essentials, eliminating clutter from the shower floor.

The fixture upgrade was substantial. We installed a premium dual-head shower system featuring a large rainfall showerhead paired with a handheld wand, allowing our client to customize their shower experience. The brushed nickel finish on all hardware provides a contemporary look that coordinates beautifully with the white tile and updated vanity area visible in the bathroom.

The Finished Result

The completed shower is a striking transformation. The white subway tile creates a clean, bright aesthetic that makes the space feel larger and more luxurious. The dual showerhead system offers flexibility and comfort, while the integrated niche keeps the shower organized and clutter-free. The frameless glass enclosure (visible in the later photos) provides an open, modern feel while maintaining functionality.
