The Transformation

Our team began with complete demolition, carefully removing the old soaker tub, dated tile work, and reconfiguring the entire bathroom layout. This meant significant plumbing work—rerouting water lines and drain systems to accommodate the new shower position and updated fixture placement. We removed old wall structures and prepared the space for fresh drywall and modern systems. The old rough-in plumbing and framing were exposed during this phase, revealing where we needed to make strategic structural changes to create the open, flowing layout the homeowners wanted. Once the foundation was ready, we installed brand-new plumbing infrastructure with modern copper and PEX lines, ensuring optimal water pressure and efficiency. The shower enclosure framing went in next, followed by the stunning marble tile installation on all walls. The homeowners selected a sophisticated white marble with delicate gray veining that creates visual interest without overwhelming the space. The spacious walk-in shower includes a rainfall showerhead and body jets mounted in brushed black finishes. The original soaker tub was repositioned and now sits perfectly integrated into the marble surround, creating a unified, high-end aesthetic. Soft beige walls provide a warm, neutral backdrop, while elegant pendant lighting hangs overhead, casting a gentle glow across the space.

The marble tile work extends to the tub surround and extends partway up the walls, creating a cohesive luxury hotel aesthetic. New flooring completes the look, and every fixture—from the black faucet handles to the modern showerhead—coordinates beautifully. The layout now feels spacious and open, with clear zones for the shower and tub.
