Their bathroom featured an aging bathtub setup with basic tile surround and outdated fixtures that no longer matched their lifestyle. The space felt cramped and uninviting, and the plumbing infrastructure showed signs of wear. The Transformation

Our installation team got to work systematically removing the old bathtub and surrounding tile structure. Careful demolition was required to expose the plumbing lines and prepare the walls for the new configuration. The existing copper plumbing was inspected and incorporated into the new design where possible, ensuring efficient use of existing infrastructure while meeting all current building codes. The team removed old fixtures and prepared the bathroom framing for the new shower installation, paying special attention to proper slope and drainage to prevent future water damage.

The installation phase involved mounting a new shower valve assembly with a level bubble indicator—visible in our progress photos—to ensure perfectly plumb installation. New PVC supply lines were run to feed the shower fixtures, and the rough plumbing was thoroughly tested before the walls were closed. The framing was reinforced where needed to support the new shower enclosure and ensure long-term stability.

The Finished Result

The completed bathroom is a study in modern simplicity and functionality. A frameless glass shower enclosure now dominates the space, featuring clean lines and a polished chrome sliding door that opens the room visually. The shower features white subway tile that extends up the walls in a classic pattern, providing a bright, clean aesthetic that's easy to maintain. The bathtub has been completely replaced with the walk-in shower setup, creating a spa-like atmosphere.
