The Transformation

Our team began with a comprehensive demolition phase. We removed the old soaking tub, which required careful deconstruction to access the underlying plumbing infrastructure. The inspection revealed corroded brass piping and outdated galvanized fixtures that needed complete replacement. We ran new copper and PVC piping throughout the space, upgrading the water supply lines and drain systems to meet current codes and ensure reliability for years to come. The old flooring was removed to expose the subfloor, and we carefully framed out the new shower enclosure area to accommodate the modern, walk-in design our clients desired.

The plumbing work was particularly detailed in this project. We repositioned supply lines, installed new shut-off valves, and created dedicated lines for the upgraded shower fixtures. The drain system was reconfigured to accommodate the new shower pan properly, with appropriate slope and modern P-traps for optimal drainage and longevity.
