During this process, we also relocated and updated the plumbing lines to optimize the bathroom layout. New supply lines were installed for the shower and sink, and the drain system was reconfigured to accommodate the new fixtures in their ideal positions.

Once the space was cleared, we began the meticulous installation phase. New framing was set in place to support the expanded vanity area and provide proper backing for the tile installation. Fresh waterproofing membranes were applied to prevent future moisture issues—a critical step that protects the long-term integrity of the renovation.

The updated ceiling-mounted fan with integrated lighting improves ventilation while maintaining the clean, contemporary aesthetic.
