From Dated Bathroom to Spa-Like Retreat in Richmond

When our clients in Richmond reached out to EZ Bath, their master bathroom was showing its age. The space featured outdated fixtures, worn-out tile work, and a layout that didn't meet their needs for a modern, refreshing oasis. The homeowners envisioned a complete transformation—one that would blend contemporary design with practical upgrades. They wanted a spacious walk-in shower with quality tile work, updated vanity fixtures, fresh paint, and new flooring that would tie everything together. We were excited to take on the challenge and deliver a bathroom that exceeded their expectations.

The Transformation

Our team began by carefully demolishing the old shower enclosure, removing dated tile work, and preparing the space for a complete redesign. The existing plumbing required careful repositioning to accommodate the new walk-in shower layout. We installed a fresh base for the new flooring and addressed all structural considerations to ensure a solid foundation for the renovation. The old vanity was removed to make way for a larger, more functional double-sink setup with dark wood cabinetry and ample counter space. Throughout the process, we maintained clear communication with the homeowners about each phase of the work and timeline.

The Finished Result

The newly renovated bathroom is a stunning transformation. The shower features a modern walk-in design with glass enclosure and multiple showerheads, surrounded by neutral-toned tile work laid in an attractive pattern. The shower interior showcases quality tile in warm brown and gray tones that create visual interest while maintaining an elegant, spa-like atmosphere. A built-in shelf provides convenient storage for shower essentials.

The flooring throughout the bathroom is now a beautiful light marble-look tile in a subway pattern, creating a clean, sophisticated appearance that complements the soft blue-green wall color. The master vanity showcases rich dark wood cabinetry with a spacious black countertop and two round white ceramic sinks. Chrome fixtures and framed mirrors above each sink add polish and functionality. Updated lighting fixtures with multiple bulbs provide excellent task lighting above the vanity. The walls are painted in a calming pale blue-green shade that creates a serene, spa-like environment throughout the space. White trim and baseboards frame the space beautifully, and the overall layout now feels open, bright, and luxurious.

This complete bathroom remodel has transformed our clients' daily routine.
