The Transformation

Our team began with a complete demolition and reconstruction. The existing bathroom required significant plumbing relocation to accommodate the new layout and fixture placement. We removed the old vanity and fixtures to reveal the structural bones of the space, carefully planning where new supply lines and drain work would be positioned. The flooring was completely stripped down to the substrate, allowing us to install the beautiful new tile foundation that would anchor the entire design. Careful attention was paid to ensuring proper slope and drainage, especially in preparation for the luxurious soaking tub that would become the centerpiece of the renovation.

The installation phase was meticulous and systematic. New plumbing rough-ins were set for the elegant brass fixtures we had selected. A spacious walk-in closet with custom shelving and built-in storage was constructed, providing ample room for organizing everything from linens to clothing. The walls were prepared and finished, creating smooth, clean surfaces ready for the final aesthetic touches.

The bathroom features beautiful brass fixtures throughout, including a dual-handle vanity faucet and matching toilet and bidet handles that add sophisticated touches to the space. The focal point is the luxurious freestanding soaking tub finished in crisp white, positioned to become a true relaxation destination. Black accent fixtures—including towel bars and additional hardware—provide modern contrast that elevates the overall design. The windows are dressed with elegant swag valances in neutral tones, and decorative accessories including plants, candles, and carefully curated décor items complete the spa-like ambiance.

The vanity area offers generous counter space and proper lighting, while the overall layout maximizes functionality without sacrificing style.
