Complete Master Bath and Powder Room Renovation in Spring

When our clients first contacted EZ Bath, their home had two bathrooms that were showing their age. The master bath featured outdated tile work and worn fixtures, while the powder room—a small, functional space—lacked modern style and updates. The homeowners wanted both spaces completely reimagined with contemporary finishes, modern plumbing fixtures, and a cohesive design aesthetic that would complement their beautiful home in Spring, Texas. They trusted EZ Bath to deliver a complete transformation that would add both functionality and value to their property.

The Transformation

Our team began with a complete demolition of both bathrooms. In the master bath, we removed all existing tile, outdated vanities, and old plumbing fixtures. The shower area required extensive structural work—we removed the old shower surround and reconfigured the plumbing to accommodate new water lines and drainage. The powder room received a full gut renovation as well, with all wall finishes, flooring, and fixtures removed to bare studs. This allowed us to address any underlying issues and start fresh with proper modern plumbing and electrical layouts. The team carefully protected the rest of the home during this dusty phase, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' daily lives.

Once demolition was complete, we installed new drywall, updated all plumbing lines, and prepared surfaces for the new finishes. The master bath received careful attention to waterproofing before tile installation began. We installed beautiful dark gray tile on all walls, creating a sophisticated, spa-like atmosphere. The powder room features elegant light cream and beige tile flooring with a modern layout that maximizes the compact space. New vanities with clean-line cabinetry were installed in both rooms, paired with contemporary chrome fixtures and updated lighting.

The Finished Result

The master bath is now a stunning retreat. Dark gray tile dominates the walls, creating a modern, elegant backdrop. The new showerhead—visible in our photos as a sleek chrome fixture—is positioned perfectly for a refreshing rainfall experience. White cabinetry beneath the countertop provides ample storage, while the dark countertop creates beautiful contrast. The space feels open, clean, and luxurious.

The powder room showcases a diagonal tile pattern in warm, neutral tones that adds visual interest to the small footprint. The new white toilet and chrome fixtures gleam against the fresh tile work. A large window floods the space with natural light, making it feel bright and welcoming. The transition between the gray tile in the main bathroom and the warm tones in the powder room shows thoughtful design cohesion.

Both bathrooms now feature modern plumbing with updated shut-off valves, contemporary fixtures throughout, and finishes that will stand the test of time. The homeowners have gained two functional, beautiful spaces that feel like private retreats. This complete renovation has transformed their daily routines and significantly enhanced their home's appeal and value—exactly what EZ Bath set out to accomplish.
