The Transformation

Our team got to work with a comprehensive renovation plan. We began with careful demolition, removing the old vanity and drain assembly to make way for a larger, more functional design. The plumbing required significant rework—we installed new under-sink piping with a modern P-trap configuration and updated all supply lines to current code standards. The old wall surfaces were prepared and made ready for a fresh finish. In the shower area, we removed the dated enclosure and completely replumbed the drain system, installing a sleek new floor drain that seamlessly integrates into the shower pan.

The installation phase showcased our attention to detail. We carefully positioned the new vanity to maximize counter space and storage. The plumbing beneath the sink was meticulously arranged with modern white PVC piping, complete with accessible shut-off valves and a properly installed P-trap for optimal drainage. Every connection was sealed and tested for functionality. In the shower, we installed a new glass door enclosure with chrome hardware that frames the space beautifully while maintaining easy access and a modern look.
