Promoter

We’re looking for a personable and dedicated individual to represent the EZ Bath brand in a positive and engaging way!

The Promoter will work to establish and maintain relationships with national retail accounts at both the regional and store level, as well as at local events, such as trade shows and home expos. You’ll educate others about our services and generate qualified leads.

This role involves regular travel to different national account locations, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence while connecting with customers. Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, following the company’s sales system, and accurately inputting all leads into our CRM. This is the perfect position for someone who is self-driven, reliable, and enjoys collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and understand the trade language used within the company
• Learn and apply the EZ Bath sales scripts, tools, products, and CRM system
• Build and nurture relationships with national retail accounts and customers at various events
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow corporate sales processes
• Ensure all leads are accurately entered into the CRM system
• Travel between national account locations to maintain a strong brand presence
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive under pressure
• Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check
• Available for travel as part of the role
