Design Consultant | Full Time Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply sales techniques during qualified appointments
- Meet with clients in their homes to establish rapport and understand their needs
- Guide customers in making design decisions
- Present EZ Bath solutions and close sales
- Perform accurate measurements on-site and take photos as needed
- Collaborate with customers on product selection and design
- Accurately calculate project costs
- Learn and utilize the EZ Bath system, tools, and resources
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in direct-to-customer sales; in-home experience is a plus
- Experience in home improvement sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and coachable
- Competitive and goal-oriented
- Clean driving record and background check
- Warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
