Appointment Setter | Full Time Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls for potential customers, setting appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with clients
- Confirm qualifying information and input details into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Schedule installations and manage any necessary rescheduling
- Assist customers who visit the showroom
- Provide administrative support and help with customer service inquiries
- Learn and apply the EZ Bath system, tools, training, and resources
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED required
