Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads from web forms, ads, and referrals.
• Engage with potential customers using proven EZ Bath scripts and training.
• Qualify leads based on location, project type, and readiness to start.
• Schedule appointments for our design consultants.
• Maintain accurate notes and communication logs in our CRM system.
